GENERAL SALES CONDITIONS

Prices shown

All prices of the products exhibite and indicated into website are to be considered VAT excluded and net of shipping costs.

Proforma Invoice

Salviplast will send to buyer confirm the order placed by e-mail.

Shipping cost

The shipping costs will be calculated and indicated into shopping carta t the time compilation of the order.

Returns and refunds

Returns policy of Salviplast allows you to reconsider your purchase and to return purchase products, without having to give reasons, until the end of 10 (ten) days from receipt of goods.

You can make the return, within this time limit, through the process specified below:

  1. Notify your need to make the return to the mail info@salviplast.com
  2. So, be sure that the products are in the same conditions in which you have received them and give them back into original packaging.

The costs of returning and risks of transport for the return of products at Salviplast are paid by the buyer.
The re-delivery of the products must be made to the address: SALVIPLAST SRL, Via Ponchielli 2 – 20063 Cernusco sul Naviglio (Mi) Italia.
You will be entitled to get a partial restitution of price paid for the purchase of products.
The price paid will be detucted costs equal to 20% the value of products and the shipping costs incurred.
The partial restitution will be through bank transfer no later than 30 (thirty) days from the time when the products returned.

Note: the products must be returned in the same conditions as they were delivered. The articles must be returned intact, unused, undamaged. And returned into original packaging.

Were we wrong send you the article or you got a faulty article?
If you get a wrong article or a faulty article the repleacement will be free.
Please contact us through the procedures set out hereafter, we will to withdraw and to replace the article.

  1. Notify your need to make the return, prepare your document of return specify the pickup address and the number of cartons to render, send it to the info@salviplast.com
  2. So, be sure that the products are in the same conditions in which you have received them and give them back into original packaging.

Our forwarder will withdraw the products, and no later than 20 (twenty) days we will replace them free.
